At handloom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, used, or without original packaging will not be accepted for return.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at handloomcraft@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if prepaid.
